Premitec also promote the under press tool Vibratory Scrap Removal Unit. This is a robust electrically driven unit powered by a gearbox which runs and runs and runs. Positioned at the rear of the press it is able to attach several scrap tray to the cross beam which enable scrap removal for many tools on the same press, thus reducing time and costs. The units have been described as Fast Backs, Friction Transporters, Vibratory Shuttle, Vibratory Conveyor. Whatever name they are given the electro mechanical units remove scrap with ease.
